A duplicate link is sent to the email address provided at checkout

There are no physical shipments.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are considered final. However, we may offer refunds under the following strict condition:

A technical issue that prevents access or usability of the file, and
We are unable to resolve the issue after attempting alternative delivery methods or file replacements

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
